Terms of Service

If you commission or buy a design from me, it means you agree and you'll follow these rules.

"Terms of service (also known as terms of use and terms and conditions, commonly abbreviated as TOS or ToS, ToU or T&C) are rules by which one must agree to abide in order to use a service. Terms of service can also be merely a disclaimer, especially regarding the use of websites."

Commissions and Adopts- The commission may take one day or two months. I can delay it as much as I need it, due to my two jobs.
- Deadlines must be agreed on before sending the payment.
- I have the full right to decline your commission.
- My YCHs are not always unique pieces
- You will always get a sketch before I finish everything so please use this to point out mistakes / edits
- Once finished, I won't edit anything. I can change it if was a mistake made on my own (Color/wrong design)
- You must pay within 24 hours.
- My auctions usally end after 3 - 4 days since I am always crossposting them. I can end them earlier or extend them.

Artwork rights- You MAY NOT claim as yours, trace, heavily reference my piece.
- You must ask before you edit the image
- My art MAY NOT be commercialized. Even if it's your oc, you MAY NOT sell products with it.
- You may use my artwork as long is your OC.

Design rights- You MAY NOT claim it as your own
- You must ask before editing /revamping the design in anyway
- You may sell / trade / gift it

Notes
- I don't do refunds.
- The price of my artworks is their worth. (ex. You can't say my artwork worths $10 if you paid $6)
- People who are blacklisted MAY NOT obtain a design from me or a character with any piece of art of mine.
